Reporting a bug
The more of this you can tell us, the faster it gets fixed:
- your device and its operating system version — for example, iPhone 15 Pro on iOS 26, or Pixel 7 on Android 15;
- the build number, shown at the bottom of the loading screen and in Settings → About;
- which district you were flying and what you were doing when it happened;
- whether it happens every time, or only sometimes;
- a screen recording, if you can catch it.
The drone does not go where I put my thumb.
By design. Your drag moves a target and the drone flies toward it, rather than snapping under your finger. You can lift and drag again to travel further than the screen. If it still feels wrong, Settings → Flight has thumb sensitivity from 0.40 to 1.60, an invert-vertical switch, and a Weighty/Snappy pair that changes how hard the drone resists you.
The game stutters or the frame rate drops.
Settings → Graphics has Auto, High, Medium and Low. Auto watches the frame rate and steps detail down when a run struggles; Low turns shadows, glow and distant cloud off entirely, which is the one to pick on an older phone. Closing other apps helps, and so does letting the device cool down if it has been charging hard.
Can I move my progress to a new phone?
No. Your record is stored only on the device that made it — there are no accounts and no cloud save, which is the same reason the game asks nothing of you. A new device starts a fresh round.
How do I erase everything?
Settings → Record → Reset progress, then tap again to confirm. That wipes credits, ratings and history back to a fresh save. Uninstalling the game does the same and takes its storage with it. Neither can be undone.
Does it need the internet?
No, and it does not ask for it. The Android build ships with the internet permission removed, so it cannot reach the network at all. Everything runs on the device, including the sound and the 3D.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?
Neither. Credits are earned by flying, and there is nothing to buy with real money.
The motion makes me uncomfortable.
Settings → Comfort has Reduce camera shake, which scales the shake down to a third, and High-contrast gates, which repaints the gates so they read clearly against a busy skyline. Haptics have their own master switch and three strengths under Settings → Haptics, and music and effects have separate volume sliders.
I want to fly the tutorial again.
Settings → Comfort → Replay how to fly. It does not reset anything else.
A district says it is locked.
Districts open on rating, not on time played. The gate screen names what it wants — a Bronze on Harbourside, say — and the button on it takes you straight to the round that earns it.
Where can I read what the game stores?
The privacy policy lists every field in the save record. The short answer is: your progress and your settings, on your device, and nothing else.
